I can't find it in 19044. It is sort of Container OS, but no Certificates for activation, IMHO, because no image to dig it out. Container OS has some of its packges, e.g. Code: Containers-Edition-Desktop-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.20339.2
Perhaps for someone like you, of high knowledge, this is irrelevant. But for many, like me, who want to learn, this could help. But stay with your thoughts...

Anyone can suggest a tool to cut the maximum of 19044 arm or 22000 arm I made my old Lumia fully working on WOA, but slow due to size )slow storage) need to reduce footprint Know x86/x64 tools but not a64
In EditionPack (and EditionPack WOW64) package. Fact: Microsoft sells Windows SKU by changing: 1. EditionSpecific package (Core(N)\Pro(N)\EnterpriseG\LTSC(N), etc.) - Windows SKU Soul 2. EditionPack package(Core(N)\Pro(N)\EnterpriseG\LTSC(N), etc.) - Features 3. Media Feature package (SAC(AC)\LTSC(N)\N(KN)) - Media (mainly for UN and Korea) PS: Client-Desktop-Required and Client-Features packages are Windows Core and some packages Microsoft does not want users to touch.
So you would recommend not to try to remove subfeatures? I never paid attention to some edition in others edition style. How am I supposed to reduce EntS footprint to Starter style? I would really love to have 19044 or 22000 Starter arm54

Can you elaborate the process of creating a 19041.1 as a starter and after to reconstructed as a EnterpriseS ? I am willing to try it ... so far i made 19041.1 LTSC 2021 reconstructed from 19041.1 Core and not from Pro ...and it is smaller and also having Dolby package included ..... Thanks
Build a Starter version, copy the sku certs from EntS install or wim, do slmgr /rilc slmgr /ipk <enterprise S serial key>
