    STEPS to build the 19041.1 Srarter ?

    where i can find starter edition package and certificates in order to build it ?

    You will not offend me, @xinso i know you know more about this subject than me, but i didn't have any problems when i used 15063 Certificates on 19041, i could be wrong it might have been a later version of Certificates, i need to think what the version was ?;)

    But 16199.1000 is timebased Insider, isn't it?

    Anyway, Starter Certificates' Product policy has inconvenient functionalities limitation, not appropriate for daily use, IMHO.

    On the other hand, other SKU's Certificates + Starter's package structure, lite and flexible, good.

    I have no idea but if it's the case it stops to be timebombed when you turn it to EntS (or whatever else)
