Using the files provided in this topic to convert windows 10 1703 to starter, will I have any limitations? And if there were any limitations, what would they be?

    Q: Any limitations?
    A:
    1. It is alike Windows 7 Starter, the only one build of Windows 10 for some economic OEM devices.
    2. The activation has been cancelled.
    3. No update support.

I suppose the word "pathetic" was used for our unsuccessful attempts at unstaging a build. I have no idea for other question.
If you want a link for the unstaged 19100 ISO, then you can PM me. Because I suppose giving links to homebrew ISOs are not allowed on MDL. Also I can't PM you.

10537 in th2_release lab have other language packs according to BetaArchive Database. But for th2_sigma_grfx_dev, sadly no.
Also can you share a link for PackExtractor tool?
