If you want to remove zh-CN you should set the system locale to en-US by using dism /image:C:\ /set-skuintldefaults:en-us and dism /image:c:\ /set-allintl:en-us

Yes, I did that too, but no lucky.
What can i do is just re-add and then remove the package. It's successful without any fail.

dism /online /set-edition: = fail

Professional updates work fine online when the right EnterpriseS Registry keys are removed.
Still working on removing the right Professional Registry keys, and adding back the right EnterpriseS Registry keys, to get EnterpriseS to update online.

Professional updates work fine online when the right EnterpriseS Registry keys are removed.

Except full EnterpriseS or custom update, It's not possible, so I reckon.

Testing a better method, no need to remove regedit keys, and no need for custom updates, [On OFFLINE image first].
OFFLINE image is updating for Professional and EnterpriseS, just double checking it works every time, before i test on online image.

Q: Why 19044 CMGE Actiovation item (linked to CMIT Activation) at Update & Security is different to regular SKU?

We can show\hide settings item, but not changing system app. CMGE must have done something to system app.

Q: Which system app?

Success both Professional and EnterpriseS are being updated online with new method.
Professional is being offered feature updates and Windows 11, and if i update EnterpriseS first and then switch to Professional any new features from the update are being added after i restart my computer.
EnterpriseS updates are stating after updates you are up to date.

As a matter of fact, Quick-Switch and Reconstruction is not musch different in image footprint. I recommend Combined Reconstruction - aka Unstaged (except PPIPro).

The new method is Reconstruction first, and then Quick-Switch and a restart from desktop.

It is made by unstaged method, fresh creation, not reconstruction which is actually conversion.

The base image of unstaged creation is a tiny install.wim (around 17 MB).

I used the same method as the OP on page #1 and key-switch with a little secret method.

1. Prepare tiny install.wim
2. Mount the tiny install.wim
3. Use xml as we do with Reconstruction.

Unstage = Creation
Reconstruction = Conversion

Unstaged = Creation (from 0 to 1)
Reconstruction = Conversion (from 1 to another 1)

Yes, now we can CREATE 20348 and 19100 and other ContainerOS, without full install.wim (there is no install.wim. Yes, from Server or PPIPro which will not install normally).

This tiny install.wim would be great to build install.wim using just uup dump .esd leaving out all unwanted packages.
