Check if it is "Network activity was only within the local network.". https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...s-china-government.80933/page-10#post-1725326
I had updates working with the rdsh key and client product keys. the problem is when u switch to a client key, you can type in uwp apps. When u switch to a client edition u can't type in uwp apps via copying of certificates, branding, License files and changing the product key and product policy in registry i created an install wim that install 20348.1 server standard but with the enterprise product key and product policy but i can't complete OOBE because i can't type in uwp apps. When i switch back to server standard product key and product policy i can type uwp apps.
1. Client and Server ISO, compatible? (winpe-setup-client & winpe-setup-servers) (Try unattend.xml or disconnect network adapter during OOBE phase) 2. Product policy is defined and controlled by Certificates. Why bother to import Product policy registry? It won't stay because Windows reloads Certificates (Product policy) for each boot.
Ask a question, add unattend.xml and add SetupComplete.cmd, is there any difference in the running order? That is, which one works first.
A1: Oh, I got it. A2: As of 17763, it is OK to remove package. From 18362, no. So, I don't remove a packge. I rearrange. 20348.1 Client + 20279.1 language pack + 19041.1 Windows\PolicyDefinitions = OK --> Only receiving update for 1. Windows Defender 2. Store 3. ChromiumEdge
