Found a bug of my script:
@xinso Check if yours have it too.
The script moves Microsoft-Onecore-DeveloperMode-Desktop-Package to de-de language.
Fix: Change move *%%i* ... to move *%%i.cab ...

 

Mine does not use that command.

Easy. Just SxSExtract the edition and copy the langpack. Didn't bother to write a script for it.

 

Easy? You just SxSExtract 17134.1 edition and copy the langpack, and show the result.

 

17134 has uup files, so why bother to extract?

 

@xinso I tried to stage 17134 and it got CBS_E_MORE_THAN_ONE_ACTIVE_EDITION even if there isn't an edition.
If the 'install' is changed to 'stage' then dism will fail and it says no active editions.
Why?
Edit:Found a solution:Change all 'releaseType="Product"' to 'releaseType="Feature Pack"'
