if you want to add packets, why do you use an LTSC

 

Idea of LTSC is minimal updates, if you want updates use regular Windows 10 build.

I said cumulative updates, even reg ltsb/ltsc gets regular cumulative updates, I don't think many people are using vanilla ltsb/ltsc without any cu whatsoever, day one rtm so to speak
