    You have to check whether or not
    1. the Edition is also defined in Sessions.xml.
    2. the edition's packages are available.

    Without packages, it is impossible to reconstruct the edition.

    e.g. Starter
    It is defined\logged in both EditionMatrix.xml and Sessions.xml.
    So, yes, there is Starter edition. But It is removed at the end of image creation.

    Q: When does 21H2 LTSC start?
    A: 19044.1200.

    So, even you make 19041.1 LTSC, it is still in 19041.1 package structure. And so, some new features only exist in builds from 19044.1200 onwards.

    Therefore, if you want to remove some new package, you have to remove from image with latest LCU, not from created 19041.1 image.
    e.g.
    Microsoft-OneCore-Fonts-DesktopFonts-NonLeanSupplement-Package

    Based on #8120.

    Q: Why not remove a package directly from 19041.1?
    A: Because some new package added by LCU does not exist in 19041.1.

    19044 CMGE EnterpriseG has integrity violations for OEM Wallpapers.

    Test customized 19044.1741 CMGE.

    [Outcome]
    Failed for missing original Wallpapers.

    Q: What controls the feature?

    Product policy + Selectability?

    yes, but i can only make quick switch, which dism doesn't display currentedition.
