winpe (winre) will be used zh-cn as base (fallback language). idk why it's made in zh-cn.

 

LXP without lp is flawed. Creating 20348 client lp is hard, and I have no interest in creating an english version at the moment.

20279, flawed with lots of bugs. 20348, fully compatible but nonexisitent anywhere except 20348.51 and 20348.75 lcu.
