Those packages are not really used. They just make sure the hash of lots of muis that I made myself are identical to that of the one in the official image.

How do I install it?

 

Replace all 20279 to 20348 in package name and reference in mum files. Deployments are still 20279.

 

Then what? Do I apply using DISM?

 

Create an image without lp, and install update.mum

you can reuse 19041 enterpriseg template, but replace all references that has 19041 with 22621 (if you want enterpriseg 22621)
