Good. But, it would not be easy... Because, from 16299.15 forward, it uses "update code" instead of "package name". e.g. [update code] d2c52307b31474ffb5816c8b97762c07 [package name] Adobe-Flash-For-Windows-Package You said "Reconstruction", not "Quick-Switch", so, beware.
For builds over 17763, StarterEdition, xml NOT compatible, branding and certs still compatible For builds over 22000, Win+X won't work because of the lack of Shell-WinX-Enabled in Starter certs
Reconstruct one, and show the structure with any value. Then install and post screenshots. Fully working and activated, not "this compatible but not that.".
You don't have a 20348 client official build, so how can you find out the official structure? Update name isn't that important, any name will be accepted by dism How can I possibly get starter official packages?

Can you share the log? Maybe the update name is referenced elsewhere. I often forgot to change the name 'Microsoft-Windows-Editions-Professional-Package' to EnterpriseS and it still works. Fact: 20348 doesn't even HAVE a client sessions.xml and I made it work anyway.
