No. Because Server CU does not include Client packages. The only workaround is to make lite Server + Client specific packages as Client workstation.
I have not tested it, no idea. Usually, for sake of new PSFX update format, I'd integrate it to Edition mum, and make custom update. After all, I need working System, not working Windows Update.
