I install system by the mum, so I can't install it. NOT OK.) Delete package from mum, OK. (You delete it from mum. I install system by the mum, so I won't install it. OK.)

Windows 11 WinX (Right-button of mouse clicked on Start) is controlled by Product policy. To make homebrewed Windows 11 LTSC with 19044 LTSC packages, we can add any Windows 11 license to enable WinX. Q: Is it possible to add non-Core license to enable CMGE Group policy (0 Telemetry) on Core families? If yes, we can also install Group policy editor packages to edit Group policy on Core?
CMIT Update System does not provide Update service to my en-US CMGE. How about yours? Q: Is it possible to set default installed language as zh-CN and mislead CMIT Update System?
