No. We are talking about EnterpriseS.

Aforementioned packages are for normal editions, though it's OK for EnterpriseS as well.

But if there is no Holographic App, we need only Common-RegulatedPackages.

To integrate to mounted folder, e.g. C:\MOUNT:

    1. Run CMD (Command Prompt) as Administrator
    2.
    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /add-package:X:\microsoft-windows-regulatedackages-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum
    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /add-package:X:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-wow64-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum

this is what i understood :

    1. mount 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_Lite_amd64_en-US.install.wim image to a folder C:\MOUNT
    2. decompress the 2 esd updates microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-package.esd and microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-wow64-package.esd
    3. i modify inside the mum exact the way you said and save it
    4. copy the 2 folders with the decompressed packages in the C:\MOUNT
    5. i run the cmd as administrator
    6. An error occurred trying to open - X:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-package Error: 0x80070003
as i told you .. i never did integrate updates in this way .. so for sure i did something wrong

    Wrong:
    4. copy the 2 folders with the decompressed packages in the C:\MOUNT

Two extracted folder should be like
    C:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-package
    C:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-wow64-package

To integrate to mounted folder, e.g. C:\MOUNT:

    1. Run CMD (Command Prompt) as Administrator
    2.
    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /add-package:C:\microsoft-windows-regulatedackages-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum
    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /add-package:C:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-wow64-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum

    For example: I

    1. mount 17763.1_Windows_10_Enterprise_LTSC_Lite_amd64_en-US.install.wim to z:\1

    2. extracted both packages to z:\.

    3. run CMD as Administrator

    4. Type or copy\paste

    dism /image:z:\1 /add-package:z:\microsoft-windows-regulatedackages-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum
    dism /image:z:\1 /add-package:z::\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-wow64-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum

Weird. It happened to me too. New found prolems.

You did it? How? You are my teacher now.

No. I became my own teacher again:
    Code:

    Good on you.

    This is not needed:
    5. right click on the folder and take ownership

    Before unmount, this is good:

    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase (resetbase, only when .NET3 is not added)

    or

    dism /image:C:\MOUNT /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup (when .NET3 is added)

    del /f /q C:\MOUNT\Windows\WinSxS\Backup\.
    del /f /q C:\MOUNT\Windows\WinSxS\ManifestCache\.

    PS.
To delete files in those folders, previleges is needed.

    PS.
To delete files in those folders, TrustedInstaller previlleges is needed.

i did it after when i removed the feature packs ...like math recognizer, open ssh client and other for my chopped image ...hahaha

and always i chopped my image and after i integrate NET 3.5 and NET 4.8 , DirectX9c ,VCRuntime so i can make my base image in order to integrate with the latest updates offline

What faith? No. Photo Viewer is not in my scheme. And Media Player, no? Then it must be removed by LCU 'cause Media feature is also not in my scheme.

If you want Media Feature and Media player to stay, make it this way:

    1. Add Common-RegulatedPackages and language packs.
    Code:
    C:\windows\system32>dism /image:L: /add-package:Z:\microsoft-windows-regulatedpackages-package\Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1.mum

    (I was just kidding you.)

You do yours, I am trying mine. Teach and learn from each other, you said that. (But you are gonna be the winner. You'd never learned so much, had you?)

    1. Missing Microsoft-Windows-Common-RegulatedPackages-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.17763.1.mum
    2. Missing Microsoft-Windows-QuickAssist-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~wow64~~10.0.17763.1.mum (but it's already in the image)
    3. LanguageFeatures is already in the image
    4. Repeated OpenSSH-Client-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.17763.1

QuickAssist requires Remote Desktop Service, isn't it? No way. It's been removed by me.

Did you add Media Player? It is not included in Media feature package.
