    Q: Possible to make universal base image, or reconfigure on the spot?

    Target x86 ---> Host x86
    Target amd64 ---> Host amd64 or x86
    Target arm64 ---> Host arm64 or x86

    So... Impossible, unless the Host is x86...

    The only way is: Combine 3 into 1. And use the target one when Constructing.
