How did you manage to create a Windows 11 Enterprise (EnterpriseS) LTSC ISO? I've been trying to understand how to rebuild the edition for a while and I still don't understand where to start... :\
Maybe it should be said that the hotfix / updates that come to server 23H2 build 25398 are just for the core and not desktop UX i wouldn't put it in production servers

These are delta update files, and their size cannot be used to determine the size of the complete file. This update does support both Professional and ServerDatacenter, but it is not possible to reconstruction editions using only files obtained from delta updates. Professional can use non metadata esd in UUP to reconstruct. ServerDatacenter needs to be obtained from the symbol server, but some base version (25398.1) files have been overwritten by higher versions.
