Today's pure Microsoft-Windows-EditionSpecific-EnterpriseS-Package-amd64-10.0.22000.1.cab, someone made for my request, is the very last one, which I had posted at #14743, before 22621 test.
[ARM64 Server] 10586 10586.1000.151112-1500.TH2_SRV1_NANO_DEV2_SERVER_MULTI_ARM64FRE_EN-US.ISO 26063 26063.1.240216-1326.GE_RELEASE_SERVER_A64FRE_EN-US.ISO
It is based on Windows Vista with SP2 Home Basic x64. Therefore it is limited to 8 GB. The reason to make: Starter version's wallpapers are completely different from other versions.
Unfortunately. There're no files for Starter x64 exist. However you can do these: 1. Take files from unstaged betas such as 5752, 5384.3, replace versions inside .mum files. However this will give you timebomb on RTM. 2. Take files from unstaged check/debug compile and change "debug" values with "release" inside .mum and .manifest files. I don't know if Check/Debug versions even have Starter x64 files. This will require you to create new catalog files. 3. Take Home Basic x64 Edition .mum file, and replace edition entries such as branding. Then Take files from x86 files and replace architecture values from "x86" to "amd64" inside .mum and .manifest files. This will require you to create new catalog files. And also, DISM is not compatible with Windows Vista. RTM version will give you error directly. SP1+ version will redirect you to pkgmgr.exe. Good luck.
Well, I might consider doing that. However, check/debug - free/release conversion or architecture conversion will require creation of new catalog files. Not pretty sure if I should include versions earlier than 6000.16386 (RTM). As for language pack, I have a special method to install lp on incompatible versions. Hopefully Microsoft won't find out my ConvertNT5SKUs nor future ConvertNT6SKUs. Anyways, thanks for idea. I ran out of ideas to do anyways.
