@zwl29107 I was wondering what the situation is about this 25398 new cu creation script.

 

I follow xinso's method, but the settings still don't work.

 

I just tried to enable Netfx3 on IoT LTSC for 25398.1 which doesn't work, Is there a way to fix this?

You are asking about updates for 25398? You need custom LCU.

 

If this doesn't work online, I guess my system is still missing components to make it a stable working system. I tried installing the 2024-04 CU windows11.0-kb5036910-x64_4b455aa7ad2f9ed599ac9072f93f4259069a8e66.msu and that did not work either. The update is not applicable to your computer.

 

Yes. So this 25398 reconstruction I'm trying to use will not get updates without more customizing?
Who knows what else is missing. I need to rethink if I want to go down this path.. Sigh..

 

You would need to reconstruction Professional version to have a full working system with updates as an option as well.

 

Then I guess I'll just go with the 26100 LTSC leak and see how that does. I wasn't aware that the reconstructed 25398 would be missing normal system functions. Thanks for your help though
