You'd better ask MSMG. I don't play it any more.

Sorry to interrupt, have you unlocked the new features, or is it just the version number?

Sorry, but I don't know about the new 21H1 features. After all I am just interested in customizing Windows only, NOT an educated Master.

I also got 19043.782 working by installing all 21H1-related packages from C:\Windows\servicing\Packages folder on 19042.782. I haven't noticed any new features yet. But will this work on Server Core? I'll have to test it.
Edit: did not get it working yet.

Now Clearer about upcoming 19043 LCU:

    19041 + LCU = 19041

    19041 + 20H2Enablement + LCU = 19042
    microsoft-windows-product-data-ekb-wrapper-package
    microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-ekb-wrapper-package

    19041 + 21H1Enablement + LCU = 19043
    microsoft-windows-product-data-21h1-ekb-wrapper-package
    microsoft-windows-updatetargeting-clientos-21h1-ekb-wrapper-package

    For ServerCore
    19042
    microsoft-windows-product-data-ekb-wrapper-package
    19043
    microsoft-windows-product-data-21h1-ekb-wrapper-package
