Cooperation usually works in both directions, or isn't called cooperation.

Q: This 25398.887, Core family has the same problem of EnterpriseG's "tzsync.exe freezing" issue. Why?

    Product policy and components confliction?

    ONLY 25398.

I had answered you: This is Reconstruction thread. What's your position to ask me to change language?

While for the users having Hyper-V and VMware or VBox running at the same time, means runiing them side-by-side

Technically means that if you have Hyper-V enabled (not necessarily the Hyper-V function, but also VBS, WSL2, and other HV based stuff) means that actually you're running VBox or VMware INSIDE hyper-V.

That's nested virtualization, not much different than running VMware in a HV machine.

Indeed when you have HV enabled the baremetal OS isn't baremetal at all, it's just a privileged VM.

Which means that to run VMWare you need at least 15.5.0 and Windows 19041.264

For VirtualBox you need at least Windows 1803 and virtualbox 6.0

You need also to enable the Windows optional feature "hypervisorplatform" (is there since 1803)

Both run slower given they use "foreign" HV features over their 20+ years old engine.

Especially Vbox is way slower, and the point is made clear by the turtle icon

Speaking of VBox specific problem, its because VBox does stricter checks than Windows itself on OS integrity...

A expired windows with the timebomb removed with my SKUwitch runs perfectly, but VBOX doesn't run at all on it.

On non expired previews VBox runs, but not in detachable or headless mode. making it useless for any serious purpose.
