    too complicated.

    In short: trying to install only the language pack @zwl29107, and solve the errors it produces. (long way)

    I’m obviously only referencing the bare-metal/VM version and not the Windows Container version.

    This would be a very great (re)-construction challenge. A one very few would be able to perform.

    How to start?
