I'm wondering, does anyone know if loaders which attempts to hide it's code carry malicious payloads? I only tend to trust the "batch" file loaders as they are always trouble free. I just don't want my fast computer and fast connection turned into a "botnet" zombie. thanks..
You'll never know what a lo@der contains (could also contain a rootkit inside the GRUB environment). That's why the bios-mod method is considered by me as 'safer' (once done & working).
