Hello. Many thanks for patcher. I have a question: are there any patches for concurrent rdp sessions to windows 7/8/8.1 which are VMs with remoteFX? Other patches I used does not allow concurrent connections. Thank you very much in advance.
There is a lot of information but I cant find a simple step process to deploy this patch. I'm running a fresh install of 8.1 which has all windows updates applied as of this writing; have enabled windows remote desktop and added a second user account which have been enabled to remote desktop. All RDP connections are being attempted on a LAN. I've only attempted to deploy beta2. Once I run "Artoo_patcher_tool_v2_BETA" i get: Micro... Win... 8.1 Pro fDenyTSC...=0 fSingleS...=0 W81x64... HASH W81x64...Unpatched TermService is Stopped. I've tried clicking "enable patch"; restarting; closing the tool, deleting "termsrv.dll.patch" from system32 then re-running. I'm sure im missing something stupid, what is the proper method of deploying this. Thanks
Mr. Jinje, Thank you for putting this up. At the moment, I have Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter and I would like to install the program. Whenever I click on the patchertool (v2), I get "The following feature couldn't be installed: .NET framework 3.5". Everything is updated and I have .Net Framework 4.01. Can you please assist me with this? I don't know too much. Best Regards.
I did this and it worked, however, when I enabled patch, it says unpatched. The root of the problem is me not being able to delete or change termserv.dll in any way. It says that I don't have admin privileges, even though I am an admin on the computer. BTW, I have been using v2. I am not entirely sure what I am supposed to do with v3 as it is a registry.
Thanks a lot Been banging my head trying this on Windows 8.1 for months. This one finally worked for me. Beta 2 release. I had to replace my original termsrv.dll before it would work!
Hi just new to the forum and also on 8.1. Unfortunately bought and installed 8.1 basic rather than pro, hence rdp does not work. After screening all posts for days it doesn't seem anyone has resolved this successfully. I hope I'm wrong, please advise. Thank you so much !
Hi! I read that you were able to make it work on Win 8.1 x86, can you please attached the patched termsrv.dll to the forum I can not seem to get it work! Thanks! Max.-
