Ask for bootmgr that contain SLIC 2.1 inside

    So as you can see to activate windows 7 OEM you need :
    - Install cert file
    - Use OEM key
    - And finally SLIC 2.1 ( but it too risky :( )
    So if i use bootmgr that already contain SLIC 2.1 can i activate windows without mod BIOS :confused:
    And where can i get it :worthy:
