Thank you all for your help I'm going to try to reprogram the bios chip with the the help of the link here above if that doesn't help, i'm going to buy a new chip from asus (heard they sell them too) and let a friend solder it on the motherboard
That is a way too expensive device for 1 time use. with a SO8 Test clip the chip doesn't need to be taken of the motherboard and i don't think I need a new chip because this one is working but wrong programmed (i think) else i have to find and buy a new chip.
I like your idea to have experience on it by buying a new chip which is not less than $20 without guarantee. I still think at the end you can make a budget add it to that to another mobo that works. However, you can take the best decision.
