    How do i shutoff asus product registration from popping up plz?

    You should be able to remove Asus Product Registration from Add/Remove Programs. Its just preinstalled bloatware

    In your "Programs and Features" it should start with "ASUS...."

    Probably was installed because you used the all-in-one utility and other fancy apps aren't required or just speeding through the install process.

    I too have same problem but unable to solve the issues, please suggest me step by step process for it.

    Go into schedule tasks and delete the issue in there.
