Hi all, I'm getting the error named in the title after installing 8.1 Pro (Either architectures) on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. Initially, during the install, i entered my wireless key and all was hunky dory. Upon getting to the desktop, the error above popped up and the laptop would re-boot. I connected it direct via Ethernet and the error hasn't occured again but i've lost the initial wireless network adapter? Thanks in advance for any help.
Update the wireless card driver plugged to internet via ethernet / windows update, see if error goes away.
Cheers mate that done the job. But i'm still at a loss as to how the correct, original adapter was picked up during the install and dropped off throwing up the above error?
