I have a realtek ALC 1150 integrated in my z97 Mobo, but as you can see the reports, audio hardware isn't the issue.
It's the LAN driver for windows 10 at fault and not only intel...realtek also.
might be something wrong with windows 10 altogheter regartding this component.

Insider build 10547 is reported to have fixed issues with Realtek cards. Can those who were having issues report in and tell us whether or not the new build fixed your issues? I won't be able to upgrade until tomorrow but when I do I'll also report.

The post below yours is the OP, and they're not running a insider build so they won't be trying 10547, it's why they posted what they did.

P.S. You just can't run it all the time, switching between different sources of sound will show as latency. You should only run one sound source at a time, like a dvd movie, a browser listening to music, and start and stop it while the song or movie is playing.

Asus didn't even update your drivers for windows 8.1.

Your 5 series chipset is too old, and you will not find any chipset, Lan, Sound, AHCI, driver that were made for windows 10.

The only thing you can do is see if windows 10 loads the drivers ( which will be win 7, 8.1 ) and the drivers that windows does not load, you will need to use win 7 or win 8.1 drivers.

You'll need to search for each piece of hardware for a driver that windows 10 does not load.

In the notes for 10547, Gabe Aul specifically mentions that this build has included a lot of work for the RealTek audio subsystems relative to Win10. He says he thinks they've all been fixed in 10547. My latest RealTek driver from my motherboard OEM (MSI) is 7592, btw, which is newer than the latest driver on the RealTek site (last I checked!)

    Quote from the build notes:

    Thanks for the pic's.

It's complicated. This has to do with memory mapping I/O and windows allocation of memory. What can use memory is BIOS, and the PCI and integrated GPU, which you don't have. Your memory controller is on the CPU, then you have windows which looks at the devices and usually will set aside memory.

What could be happening, is windows 10 hasn't had a call from devices to map too, so she didn't set aside memory, as where 8 has a different kernel with memory.

Trying to explain it easily. Now to be honest, there could be a problem with your memory with timings between the sticks, this can be affecting your BIOS.

I can't be positive and say that windows 10 didn't get a call from mapping or that windows 10 isn't having a problem with you CPU's memory controller.

The problem is, you are not going to get ASUS to support 10 on your board, and send you a updated BIOS.

Every time the problem has been with windows is that it allocates way to much memory to hardware locking usable memory from you, never seen this, so what you need to do is run what ever you run for programs, games, and see if
you have any problems or poor performance. It can be just an error in taskmgr because your system is not supported. If win 10 runs fine than just ignore it, but if your performance is poor then you will need to downgrade.
