Windows 10 1809 fully patched here.
Realtek sound card, Intel AC-7260 Wi-Fi, old laptop Dell XPS 15 L502X with lots of RAM and SSD.
The weird thing seems to be that when LatencyMon is running, the issue is not happening.
When LatencyMon crashes or is stopped, the Audio Glitches appear randomly.
What is it that LatencyMon keeps alive (apparently)?
Tried lots of tweaks mentioned in here and other places.
For me it is not so bad and I keep monitoring it in the Event Log under Applications and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows\Audio\GlitchDetection.
I have just installed the ASIO 2.14 drivers as advised by Thomas in a related thread and see how it goes.

Thank you, but sadly I couldn't find much there.
And I only updated the Nvidia driver (which I tried to revert already).
This issue happens with both Nvidia and Realtek, anyway.

Btw, I did a test with some torrents.
And I realized it’s not just an audio problem, because all the system becomes sluggish when downloading.

I never saw huge usage peaks in MSI afterburner (I forgot to add disks usage, but it was low overall), but check the first graph, doesn’t that load balancing look wrong?
I temporarly changed the affinity of the Qbittorrent process to exclude the first core and the situation improved a bit.
    Still not ok, tho.
