    I have an idea.

I made you a 'foolproof-package' which will automatically install the ASUS Ultimate PKey and the ASUS Certificate.

All you have to do is run the install.bat

You can put the extracted folder anywhere you want (desktop will be fine) but you must make sure of two things:

    1) Do not move the install.bat or the certificate out of the folder

    2) You must run the install.bat as administrator

Thank you very much for your help. I have one confession. Out of frustration of inability to insert certificate successfully, I managed to install Asus key successfully. Is that going to be problem for your package. I can remove the Asus key and installed default key. Should I dd that before I run your package?

Regarding your foolproof package, I right click install.bat and run as administrator while inside the folder? Kindly confirm.

No, its no problem if the key will be installed a second time.

Just leave everything as it is and run the install.bat

I was planning to run your folder with install.bat. I checked Windows update and there were 19 securirty Windows updates already installed automatically. Will installed Windows updates interfere with your install.bat? Kindly confirm so that I can go ahead and run it as administrator. Hopefully, it will install Asus certificate & product key to have my windows 7 ultimate activated.

Nothing will interfere. Running the install.bat merely auto-installs the PKey and the Certificate without further user input.

Again: Just run it. Just rightclick it, select run as admin, and run it. Thats all you have to do.

WAT (Windows Update 3971033) was not installed. It automatically deselected by Windows update as my copy is still trial copy 29 days to activate. It is definitely not wat. I have to double check installed programs.

Last night I downloaded a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate through MDL Repository (courtesy of TPB). It said retail copy, is that O.K. for me to burn the ISO into Windows 7 disk for re-installation?
I have PowerIso to burn the ISO. The lowest speed for PowerIso is 4x. I think that should be O.K. Today, it allows me to burn 2X.

FYI, my Windows 7 Ultimate copy is untouched MSDN OEM. SHA1 & MD5 matched up with official MSDN values. Maybe that is the problem, LOL? That was downloaded long time ago August 5, 2009 from D-site.

I cant say about the MSDN one but I would get it from the repository/TPB works great dude. They are official ontouched retail ISO's. I am not sure what the OEM one is compared to retail versions but I would definately install the one you get from TPB and you should be set. Just remember to insert the cert and key right away to prevent potential problems dude. Good luck.

I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64 copy that I downloaded from MDL Repository (courtesy of TBP). I burn the ISO using Power Iso burn of 2X. Immediately after Windows & installed. I used MDL Repository Method 6F to insert Asus SLP key and it was successfully confirmed. Then I used 6E to insert certificate, the same baloney message 'Slui.exe 0x2a 0xBBA garbage.

Then I switched to using Phazor Install.bat created for me to insert Asus certificate & SLP key, for the first time, the license was successfully installed in the cmd windows. Yet, The system is still showing 30 days to activate. I re-started Windows and Went right into ssytem, it still shows 30 days to activate. Guys, what happened?

When I ran Phazor install.bat as administrator, it said licensed was installed successfully. I forgot to take a snip pic of it. Would there be a message from Windows that I have to wait for the confirmation? When cmd windows showed license was successfully installed, click any key to continue.... I click any key.

I am very close yet no activation. Kindly advise.

I deactivated windows following repository 6G. Restarted by windows and then ran @Phazor install.bat by replacing the Asus certificate with the Certificate that @NoJuan999 provided me specifically to match my BIOS 2.1. I remaned NoJuan999 certificate to Phazor Asus certificate filen name (ASUS). Ran install.bat as administrator and the license is successfully installed.

My Windows is finally activated when I checked system.

Thank you very much for all your kind help. As to the copies of my previous Windows 7, it is not too pure. They are out tonight with the rest of my household garbage.
