Glad to hear that it works. :)

So the Cert from the repo is not the right one after all?

    Good work guys.
I know this one was tough, but it got done correctly in the end.
    That's all that matters.

That seems to be the case and got me panicky for a while. Then I remembered I was told to use the Asus Certificate provided for me by @NoJuan999. I then realized that I have to put that Certificate in your Install.bat folder and change it to your Asus certificate name ASUS. Certificate then was properly inserted. When it matched Slic 2.1 table, Windows is activated with Asus SLP key installed.

Your program was a life saver to me. Thank you so much. For some reason, my system would not allow manual insertion of certificate through slmgr -ilc.

CPU measured by Real Temp 340 in 80-90 degree Centigrade sometimes all four cores run over 100 degree centigrade which is way over the ideal below 67.5 Centigrade according to Intel technical support. I sent my computer back to CyberPower PC to repair it as it is still under warranty. Thanks for your concern. That is the reason I did not want to monkeying with the stuff. If it is out of warranty, then I will get my hands dirty with your help.

BIOS equipment monitoring CPU temperature showed high similar to Real Temp 340 in red numbers meaning hot. I hope my CPU is not cooked. It is Intel corei7 930.

A i7 doesnt cook that easily :p but it should not but closer to 100 degrees, more like 40-60 (im pretty sure) with the stockcooler..

So it mightve been a not properly installed cpucooler or no "thermal compound (thats the word?)..

I have XtremeGear cooling assembly for CPU. One of the screws is loose and created partial contact of heatsink cooling assembly to CPU cab. Thus cooling is not even or consistently resulting in an inefficient cooling of CPU. It is now fixed and the CPU temperature is running below 50 degree Celsius according to my computer assembler. That is what it is supposed to be at.
You were right on it is improper/incorrect CPU cooling installation. Turth be told, it is a poor assembly workmanship by my computer assembler. With this experience, I will assemble my own computer next time if I ever wanted one.

You should have seen my CPU temp when it was overheating. I have a Intel Core2Duo E8500 and it hit a high of 102 degrees celcius! Holy s**t :)

I got my Desktop PC back today. CPU is running between 39-43 degree Celsius for 1 1/2 hours. I think it is going to be in the range unless I play some crazy games. Everything is fine and under control. Thanks for all your concern.

your welcome, btw that temp range seems to be about normal for normal operation but don't get worried if it starts to go up when you do certain things because that is normal dude.

No you dont need slic 2.1 in bios.

If you have slic 2.1 it install key and certificate
If you dont have slic 2.1 it emulates.
