AvastAntivirusWorldwideE.exe

When I open my (Win7) Laptop and after the desktop has opened, for quite some time now, every time a cmd.exe window opens, and all it tell me is:
"Waiting for zero seconds, press a key to continue...."

Then a windows Error pop up notification (red disc with white x in the middle)appears telling me:

Windows cannot find: C:\.....Appdata\Local\Temp\AvastAntivirusWorldwideE.exe

Can someone tell me what that is, and how to get rid off it.
(I never install Avast since the data sucking.....)

I of course ran almost every AV in the WRT, but without result... autoruns also did not come with any hint...
