    Software Licensing Information Code..

    It is code in the BIOS that coincides with the certificate in the OS to allow offline activation. You need three things for offline OEM activation:

    1-OEM serial number

    2-Certificate for the OEM in question

    3-Matching certificate in the OS.

    If any one is missing...no activation

    I find it a bit humorous that with all of the stickies and other info in these forums, you still ask this question..It show how hard you have been looking..:D

    hehe :p thankss :D, and yes, i havent been looking :(, so one last question, can my bios be modded so i can over clock it or not?
