quick question I realize this is request but I am wondering if someone can help me. I had had my BIOS modded for XP slp. With that it was modded with SLP and SLIC, does this mean I can also install Vista and have it activated as well?

Yes. If it was modded and both SLP & SLIC 2.0 was added, you can activate XP & Vista. If it has SLIC 2.1 you can activate XP, Vista and Windows 7 when it goes RTM and the SLP keys and Certs for Windows 7 are also leaked/"discovered". If you have only SLIC 2.0 and would like to get a jump on the possible flood of SLIC 2.1 mod requests soon to some, post a link to the LATEST UNMODIFIED version of your bios and request SLIC 2.1. Be advised there is only a limited list of 2.1 SLICs out at the moment. Right now, only Dell, HP, Lenovo & MSI 2.1 SLICs are out.
No, you can only have a single SLIC in your bios, can't have multiple ones like you can with SLP 1.0.
