    hello

    i have asus f9e series , with slic 2.0

    i want to update it to 2.1 for windows 7

    and if you can confirm that after i update it vista will accept old cert. or not?

    You Cant modify Intel Bioses , Only By inserting SLP Strings which are used for XP Activation. You cannot do SLIC Mods or unlock hidden bios options with intel boards.

    Its worth the asking. SOme Intel bios have an AMI bios inside the .BIO file. With the INTEL2AMI tool, this can be removed, modded, then reinserted. You dont know which ones till you look..:D:D

    Most are ITK and cannot be modded past DMI data..
