This bios works very well, the problem is limited to the flash(er)..sorry. It is a bit concerning when someone asks for FREE help, it is provided without question, the product is proven working well, and any problems are OUR fault.. There have been instances where members have shorted the board into recovery with the second bios. I do not know the specifics of this so I cannot offer any more info on this. My condolences and hope for your success..:
If the chips are not soldered, but I believe they are. To contact the Gigabyte manufacturer, or store where you purchased and inform them that a bios update killed your board. You need not tell them you flashed a modified bios... They may give you a RMA or repair ticket.
Yes, you can use their service to replace the bios chip but make sure the chip is not glued or soldered to the motherboard and can be easily removed from it. I want to know how you flashed these 3 computers? What was the flash utility....was it flashspi? Or some other flash utility program? I hope you did not flash the bios in windows. Tell me how you flashed the bios of all 3 computers.
Flashed BIOS successfully following your instructions for creating an USB bootable disk. How can I tell now with "Read/Write everything" is SLIC is 2.1? Solracna
