W7 WILL NOT Activate yet..I cant say this enough times in a day...JEESH!! I do not care how many SLICs or what MFG you use..It will not activate..
Do not flash your bios with my update if your present bios is showing SLIC 2.1....there is no sense in doing this.
The compressed size of the new logo was different than the original, so it shifted the modules underneath it including the nocompress module with the SLIC, so the slic was at a different memory address than the pointer in ACPITBL. You should change the logo on a fresh copy of the bios, and do the 0+2 mod afterward.
