OEM keys Just read a post that the 2 leaked OEM keys for Win7 ultimate have been blacklisted. Even the OEM master key. That's why I haven't been able to activate 7! I'm sure you guys did a great job of updating my bios to SLIC2.1. All indicaters shows a successful update. Just need to wait for some more leaked OEM keys. Thanks guys.
And that is BS.....I just activated 3 machines this morning and I am working on 2 more as I write...I activated 4 machines 2 days ago
It may be blacklisted, and that will be no more validating. There will be more keys after OEM. I would be suprised if after OEM is out and the first major update, if the serials and Vista certs will still activate W7..Probably not. We will see. Use the OS as a test, if you use it as the main OS on your main computer, then you asked for it guys... The machines will activate fine initially, but we will see if it stays *cynicism* It is a game..I still use XP..LOL
You are missing the premise and logic of RobrPatty's argument which is invalid. Here it is in a nutshell. I cannot activate Windows 7 Why? I READ that the 2 OEM Keys are Blacklisted. Therefore, this explains why I cannot activate my machine False Conclusion.
