It should be named 0704.rom and afudos used like this: afudos /i0704.rom /pbnc /n - and remember to boot into dos. By the way you could also go to 0902, just out. It's here as well - 2-3 days ago.
Alright that worked better I guess, it finished the actual bios flashing process. Only problem is it still cause my computer to not POST. When I do the AMIBOOT.ROM trick it says that the previous bios had a bad checksum - which I'm guessing is the problem? Any idea how to go about fixing the checksum error if possible? Thanks
Ok thanks i did that and it worked, vista ultimate 32bit is now activated I think i will stick with the 704 bios for now as i have had no problems with anything in my pc with it
Well, I will not take too much risks. I will keep XP, Vista will wait till I have a new laptop... Thanks everyone for your help!
