    Check if SLIC table is present under ACPI with Everest Ultimate.

    The SLIC table is present. I checked with ACPIScope and Everest Ultimate.

    Did you follow the exact command prompt procedure using ASUS.XRM-MS cert file and OEM Key with SLMGR.VBS syntax ???

    Check also SLIC tables if it says OEM_ID Asus and Oem Type ID Notebook.

    The tables are correct. I now know whats wrong. I do not have a cert file. Could you please post a download-link? :)
