    Is it EZ Flash 2 detecting the SLIC table data that is causing the error? because I tried a modded BIOS on the P5W64-WS and it never reported back a Bad Boot Block.

    It isn't a issue on all models, only on some.

    Dell BIOS

    So I assume someone has taken a look at the Dell bioses with at least a HEX editor, no?
    I've found that most of the Dell PCs that have Vista OEM will also activate XP OEM so there has to be a way. Unfortunately, I am in no way any sort of programmer so I have no idea what I'm looking at through a HEX editor.
