    You need to check with Everest Ultimate if SLIC is listed in the ACPI Menu table. ;)

    You have to import the certificate & use a proper key.

    That looks okay.
    What have you done to activate?
    Only a clean install without a key and a reboot isn't enough.

    No, I have first installed the certificate of Asus and then the Ultimate Key!!! (Have you maybe another Licese and a key for Ultimate!?
