    I tried with the first link, update with "asus update" and everything it's working fine. No "ROM file boot block is not valid" messages. I have update the bios from original 0501.

    It is NOT recommended to use asusupdate to flash.
    There are a few models that will be killed if you flash with asusupdate.
    The same thing applies to Ez-flash.

    Hello, I am not sure if somebody did not upload something usefull for me (maybe tommiy) so I ask: I have this mobo with latest stable F1.2 BIOS and Vista x64. I used vista activator and so far it works, but I think BIOS mod would be better and more permanent, what do you think? Which one should I use for my mobo. Those files gamarker.bin and gapubkeymarker.bin from tommiy will work? Thanks

    I flashed with afudos that comes with the package.

    Edit: recovered bios no problem so no worries. Thanks
