Help me learn how to do this

I would like to learn how to do this. Can someone direct me on where to learn. It's entirely for myself. I use Award bios.

    YEN thanxs!

    hi yen

here I have the different tables from my ACPI. I wonder why it always change bewtween "I" and "E" under "OEM Table ID"

I have two "Multiple APIC" is that ok? And they also change "E" and "I" from each other.

But I think, that is that what you already knows, because you are the specialist on mooding...

cheers, but now i have another problem!

2 motherboards which have both done the same thing after flashing the bios with ones modified on this site!

Both were MSI, one being the K9A2 Platinum and the other the K9A2 CF.

Now, when you download the bios from the website there are two files contained within it, the bios file itself and a exe program called AFUD412.

I created a boot disk and extracted the files to a cdrw disc. I then booted up and chose boot with cdrom support, then i navigated to the cd and typed in as follows:

    afud412 a7388ams.150

I hit enter and then it does its thing, wiping the previous bios, checking the new one, flashing the new one etc etc and it completes successfully.

But upon rebooting my pc it just hangs there flashing the cdrom light a couple of times and thats it!!

I used the tools provided by msi and the modified bios from here which i have no problem with because ive flashed my other mainboards with no problems, so it seems to be an msi thing or have i done something wrong??

In either case my second msi board is dead and i cant get it to do the emergency reflash either so i am now thinking never ever buy another board from msi right now!

    And calm........

Nope, but only because Asus class this BIOS as beta.
