I thought you tried to activate, most of the times the slp1.0 doesn't shows up in Everest unlike the slp2.0.
If you can make a memory dump with hwdirect adress F0000 size FFFF & upload then I can check if it sits in the right range.
Otherwise install XP & try to activate.
