I thought you tried to activate;), most of the times the slp1.0 doesn't shows up in Everest unlike the slp2.0.
If you can make a memory dump with hwdirect adress F0000 size FFFF & upload then I can check if it sits in the right range.
Otherwise install XP & try to activate.

That bios has been confirmed working, you can read the additional instructions about flashing it in the SLIC tested thread. If you flashed that BIOS correctly an SLIC table should be present in Everest. If it is then you can just import the Toshiba OEM certificate and the ASUS Ultimate key should work since it is the same for all.

Sorry to be a pain, it still doesn't work. The certificate I have is called TOSHIBA4.XRM-MS, is this the right one? I tried flashing it again, but it won't let me as it ( rightly) says I have the same version on, and won't let me flash it again. I put the TOSHIBA4.XRM-MS in the root of c: and from a cmd shell do "slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\ TOSHIBA4.XRM-MS"
after a while it comes back with success, then I do slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xx2cc and it comes back all ok. So then I reboot and it comes back with 2 days to activate, and says Not genuine on the desktop. If I do bios emulation of cause, everything ids fine with say asus files..

    thanks
