    The best way to flash is under DOS with afudos.
    Try a bios recovery.

    1. Create a bootble floppydisk.
    2. Copy "afudos" to floppydisk.
    3. Create a textfile with "A:\afudos /IAMIBOOT.ROM /P /B /N /C /R" as content.
    4. Save created textfile as "AUTOEXEC.BAT" to floppydisk.
    5. Copy disered biosfile to floppydisk, rename it as "AMIBOOT.ROM".
    6. Cold start the computer you want to flash, and press "ctrl+home" keys simultaneously.

    Use the latest version of Everest, it could be that the mod isn't working.
    In that case I can't do anything else for you, it is a quite old mobo.
