    hp dv9000 series

    hi,

    have a hp dv9702 pavillion with crippled bios -muchas gracias hp/phoenix..
    -is there any way to enable/make visible the advanced bios settings? -or can i only change things by reflashing with a bios mod?

    Yes, there was no error message. Everytime it would say complete and asks to restart and I am using the file given by you. I have tried several other SLIC injected BIOS' and the result was same. Is there some kind of safety feature in this mobo which doesnt allow the flashing???? :confused: :confused: :confused:

    That was scaringly fast. Thank you really, really much. I'll report as soon as my PC finishes the Vista image backup upon that my tests will rely - in fact that will take a multiple of the time you took to mod the BIOS.
