Hi, I mod AMI bios Asus mobo by AMI_SLIC3 but when I want to flash it there is error "boot block in file is not valid". How to fix it? Someone can halp me?
I;ve checked Fzeven's mod and it is 100% corect. It is most likely that you use some soft mod. Remove all soft mods and try to activate.
HP 530 BIOS? (VISTA Ultimate Activation Issues) Hi China4Ever! How are you doing? This is Apoorva. I use HP 530 Notebook and this came with a free Dos edition OS. I tried all possible cracks to activate VISTA ULTIMATE on this HP 530 but none of them worked. Therefore, I am sending you this message with a request if you could kindly modify BIOS for HP 530 to add in the required SLIC table in ACPI module in order to achieve OEM instant activation for Windows Vista without the need to activate online against Microsoft’s server? Secondly, HP 530 Notebook uses BIOS of which company and how to find that out? I would also like to know that what do you people exaclty do when you people try to modify a notebook's BIOS to include SLIC? Will VISTA SP1 work with this modded BIOS?
