    You could use Everst to see if SLIC is present and the OEM id/OEM table id of the RSDT table is alright.

    Also tested bios1103 no problem so far, up ur ram voltage abit previous 0803 bios ram voltage was overvolting by 0.08v

    SLIC table and RSDT are correct. I guess this one just won't activate.:(
