    Are you shure you aren't using some soft mod ??

    Can you please uninstall the cracks of any.
    You can use voatktoools to uninstall them.

    After uninstallation of the cracks (if any), can you please install ACPI Scope.
    Open ACPI Scope and go to File-->Load ACPI Information-->From BIOS
    save it as ats file and upload please.

    can you tell me what alternative method has been used for activating Windows XP? It installed and re-installed without any licensing activity on my part.

    So that means a BIOS mod wasn't even required?
